Hello everyone! There is so much to update you on (China prep, summer fun, weddings, showers, roadtrips, interviews, etc) but for now I just have a small request. I have applied for 2 full time teaching assistant positions. This would get me back in the classroom during my last year of graduate school but I'm worried about the time commitment. I wouldn't be "teaching" so I would NOT have the paperwork, meetings, etc. However, it would be 40 hours a week on top of full time graduate school (3 courses). I get really excited when I think about being with students with special needs again and was super encouraged by my interview last week.
I am a little nervous about taking on that load. If it is where God wants me, I know He will provide. I just want to be sure that this is Him!
Please pray for clarity and discernment. Also, I'm praying that if this isn't where the Lord wants me, that those offering the job would tell me no.
Thank you everyone! Love you all! I promise to update more soon. I'll be in Hilton Head all next week. I'm excited about having "beach time" and relaxing with the family.
