Thankful Thursday ...

Yes, I know... it's Friday. But yesterday I was wrapping up my semester and now I can truly say, "I AM THANKFUL!" Graduation is quickly approaching and I've been thinking back over my time at SEBTS. God has done so much and there are so many great things to be thankful for. Here are JUST a few...

incredible roommates that love me well and challenge me in my walk with the Lord...
a church that loves the Lord, me, discipleship, community and the world...
friends that have become family and people who have taken the time to poor their life into mine...
amazing celebrations ... weddings, parties, birthdays, showers, etc.
seeing God bring sweet couples together / the privilage of being a part of their special day ... Allison, Peg, Meredith, Meredyth, Courtney
the ability to witness God's plan and purpose in the lives of so many
forgiveness... healing... growth... change
a few adventures around the world :)
professors who teach not only with their knowledge but with their lives
the ability to see my church here in Raleigh connect with two other special fellowships (Crosspoint & Pinecrest) through various events & trips ... at times it felt like we were in Heaven and all the people I loved were together
2011 Clemson University football ... ACC champs (just had to say that!)
& currently... a time of rest and a sweet holiday with dear family members and old friends...

There is a lot more. I just have to wrap this up before my lunch break is over and my 2nd graders come running into the classroom. Yep, that is one more thing I am thankful for. The Lord has been so gracious to provide me with jobs that have been so much more than just income. There have always been children that have touched my life and warmed my heart. They are true gifts from above.

I'm also thankful for you :) Some of you dear friends are here in NC and some are in other places. But you all have touched my life and encouraged me. Please pray as graduation draws near. There are a few exciting opportunities that I am currently praying over. However, to be honest, it is a little overwhelming. There are some decisions that need to be made soon and I would appreciate your prayers for clarity, discernment, trust and obedience.

I love you all... April
